Privacy policy

This explains what information Nestward collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be plain about it. This is a general summary, not legal advice.

What we collect

Only what you choose to share: your name, email, and (optionally) phone number; the booking-request details you enter, such as your borough, vehicle, and what you're seeing under the hood; and any photo link you choose to add. We also collect basic, aggregate usage data (such as which pages are visited and how requests reach us) to understand what's helpful.

How we use it

To respond to your booking request and connect you with an independent local operator; to arrange and confirm an appointment; to answer your messages; and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use your request details to advertise to you.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't promise absolute security -- but we limit what we collect and who can access it. If you pay a deposit, it is handled by a third-party payment processor; we don't see or store your full card details.

Sharing with operators

To fulfill a booking, we share the details you provide with the independent, licensed, insured local operator we connect you with, so they can contact you and do the work. The operator -- not Nestward -- performs the service and is responsible for it. We share only what's needed to arrange and complete your appointment.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message. You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you. For any privacy request or question, email hello@nestward.io and we'll take care of it.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. When we do, we'll revise the date below. Your continued use of the site after an update means the current version applies.
